FAQ

When does the shop open?

The shop will open every Friday at 12pm EST and close every Sunday at 12pm EST. The shop will be password protected Monday - Thursday and the password will be lifted every Friday at 12pm EST.

Are you accepting collaborators or brand ambassadors?

We do quarterly rep terms at Make it Pinker. To participate in our Brand Ambassador program you will have to fill out our application at: Brand Rep Form

Do you take custom requests?

We do not take custom requests at this time. If you do have something you'd like to see in the shop you're always welcome to email with your request and it may appear at some point!

If an item is sold out, when will it be restocked?

If you're looking for a particular item but it is sold out, you'll have to wait until the following week for items to be restocked.

Sometimes we do story sales on Instagram with some stock; however, there is no set time for these.

If you are looking for a specific item, we suggest entering the shop exactly at 12pm EST on Fridays, or as soon as possible.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Our turnaround time is currently 1-2 weeks. This means that your item may take up to two weeks to make and pack. This estimate does not include transit time. At checkout you will see an "expected by" date. This will be the most accurate way to estimate when your package may arrive to you.

What do I do if I need a refund or a partial credit?

To request a refund you MUST send us an email to makeitpinker1@gmail.com with your order number as the title of your email. Please include in your email the reason you are requesting a refund or partial credit and our team will respond to you within 2 business days. You may need to include additional information to our team upon request.

It has passed my expected delivery date and I still have not received my package.

Please allow up to 2 business days after your item is marked "delivered" to reach out. Sometimes tracking information doesnโ€™t update in real time.

Once your package has been shipped, I no longer have control over the delivery process, at that point, itโ€™s in USPSโ€™s hands. If you have any parcel or delivery concerns, I recommend contacting USPS directly for assistance.
